On the technical side, our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with segmented client storage and access-controlled, multi-datacenter backups. We are NDPR-certified and implement firewall protection, DDoS mitigation, and spoofing, sniffing, and port-scan blocking. We also conduct recurring independent third-party penetration testing and regular risk assessments. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

On the people side, every team member is bound by robust confidentiality agreements, information access is limited to essential personnel only, and our tech staff work exclusively with mock datasets.
